| The state of the Environment and what YOU can do | | Date: | January 30th, 2013 | | Time: | 7:00pm | | Information: | Please join your neighbors and the Mayor's Green Team for a 90 minute discussion on the state of the environment and simple actions that you can take to make a difference. The discussion will be led by David Harrison, local environmental activist and former member of the Millburn Environmental Commission. Topics will include air quality, climate change, population growth, recycling and trash disposal, water conservation, vehicular pollution and alternative energy. David has led similar discussions over 30 times and every participant always learns something. Bring your questions and your skepticism. Suitable for anyone 12 and over. Refreshments will be served. |
