| Information: | Join us for an evening of Reiki. The Reiki System of Natural Healing helps reduce stress and induces great relaxation. Reiki can also relieve pain, balance emotions, enhance focus and help with personal healing.
The evening will include:
-Guided Meditation
-Breathing Exercises
-Mini Reiki Sessions
