Mentees build confidence, develop stronger interpersonal skills, set goals, and achieve higher standards. If you are thinking of becoming a mentor, our mentor training program is an easy way to learn all about the mentoring process, the rewards, the challenges, and the profound impact mentoring has on both the mentor and the mentee.
Due to popular demand, United Way of Northern New Jersey is holding a free mentor training class consisting of four sessions. Please note, individuals must attend all sessions.
