| Mindfulness and Creative Meditation for kids 6-10 | | Date: | March 19th, 2012 | | Time: | 8:00pm | | Information: | This fun class is back with a bigger and better curriculum - 8wks of mindfulness and creative meditation now includes energy balancing techniques. Kids will learn how to cultivate self-awareness and leave with tools for self-control, stress reduction and energy balancing. Classes include short meditations, sharing, activities/games, and an art or writing project. Limited to 6 participants. Ages 6-10.
