Noon - 12:45 - CREATIVE MEDITATION for kids 6-10
Fun class that teaches awareness and includes short, guided meditation and an art project. Just for kids, no parents please.
1pm - 3 pm - PRIVATE SESSIONS
Personal Coaching for adults / College Coaching for high school students/ Energy Medicine 'try me' sessions / Private meditation or stress reduction sessions.
*Sessions will be either half hour or one hour time slots - contact me for availability*
4:00-4:45 - Family Meditation, parents with children ages 5-10
Share the experience of finding peace and calm with your children. Class includes awareness exercises, discussion, and a 5-10 min. meditation. Children are not expected to sit still!
5:00-5:45 - Family Meditation, parents with tweens ages 11-13
De-stress with your preteen - yes, it is possible! Intro to meditation and awareness, includes discussion and short meditation.
6:00-6:45 - Middle School Mindfulness and Music, ages 11-13
No parents allowed - kids should come with their ipods, prepared to share a favorite song. Class will include discussion and awareness concepts, using music as medium.
7:00-7:45 - Adult Meditation Class
For all interests and levels - class will include some discussion, breath work, and simple meditation.
