Share the experience of finding peace and calm with your children in a fun and relaxed environment. We will focus on cultivating awareness and the many ways of practicing awareness. Meditations are short (5-10 min) and include mindfulness meditation and guided meditation. Children are not expected to sit still and be quiet!
