| Information: | Maplewood/South Orange Professionals in Transition will have two very informative sessions during the month of February,
running from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon.
On Monday, February 6, Dr. Diana Galer will be leading a workshop entitled “Five Keys to a Successful Interview.” Dr. Galer will share her tips for gaining the confidence and assurance necessary for a successful interview. Participants will learn how to feel more comfortable—whether the interview is in person or on the phone—and learn how to create responses that answer potential employers’ questions and stay on message.
Monday, February 27, will see Margo Hill, Financial Advisor and Portfolio Advisor from Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Wealth Management unit, presenting “Your Career Transition: Managing Financial Stability and Retirement Planning During a Job Transition.” This talk will focus on retirement savings, rollover options and health insurance coverage. You'll also receive tips on modifying your investment strategies for tax advantages. She’s spoken to us before, and many people have asked us to bring her back!
As always, we’ll have time for informal networking, and, as always, all are welcome—bring a friend or two!
