Broadway Bound: Ages 8-14: Tuesdays 5.00-6.00pm
This introduction to the world of musical theatre performance will expose students to the building blocks of an original American art form! Students will learn basic acting , singing and dance skills and the program will culminate in a cabaret performance starring the kids themselves! This class will help build confidence and create new friendships while learning a collaborative art!
TEACHER BIO:
Stephanie Kurtzuba is a professional actress and teacher. Her Broadway credits include the original casts of Billy Elliot, Mary Poppins and The Boy From Oz starring Hugh Jackman. She is a recurring character on the Emmy Award winning series The Good Wife. She can be seen in the upcoming film Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close starring Tom Hanks & Sandra Bullock.
