Join us in the Adult Room at Main Library each Tuesday in February for concert films celebrating some of music’s most illustrious African Americans.

On occasion through the years, Duke Ellington recorded with a small group from his orchestra or as a piano soloist, but he was rarely ever filmed in that capacity. This release features two rare exceptions, recorded for Danish television in 1967.
