Buddha believes that we can finally begin to be the person we wish to be, and have a meaningful, joyful, and beneficial life. Learning to meditate allows us to connect with this spiritual potential. The Buddhist teachings on faith chart a clear path between extremes of dogma and doubt, and show how to enjoy a life of inner transformation. Appropriate for beginners to meditation and more experienced meditators.
